Tick bite?!
Question: Tick bite!?
my nephew is here visiting hes only 4 he got bit by a tick on his head a couple of days ago!. its now red swollen scabed over!. he complains it bothers him!. does any one have any ides!? his mother wont do any thing about it so i will !. i'm concerned!. it does not look like it has a red bulls eye around it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Has he been scratching it!? If he has he probably got it infected!.
When you took the tick out you should've put some disinfectant on it, like hydrogen peroxide or even germ X would work!.
I'd suggest putting some of either of those on it!. Make sure he stops scratching it if he has been!. I know it itches a lot and it's very annoying but that's just what you have to do!.
When I go to Oklahoma with my cousin I always get at least 3 ticks on me!. It does bother me a little but I've gotten used to it!. Just make sure to do what I posted above!.
If it doesn't heal, you might have to take him to the doctor and get it looked at!. The tick might've had something in the blood it drank before and it could've easily passed on to your nephew!.
