Question: Help me stop smoking!?
I want horror stories, peoples teeth falling out, talking through a box!.!.!. any thing you can tell me to scare me into quiting for good this time!. Im only 18 and but I've been smoking since i was 14!. This is probably my 10th try at quiting and I want it to be my last!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i smoked for 15 yrs then married a man who hated it i stopped then started secretly (well i thought he didn't know Doh when it stinks!!!!lol) so decided i needed to stop for good but didn't want to put on weight
Tic Tacs is the answer any flavour when u fancy a ciggie hav a tic tac at 1st you will get thru quite a lot but its not half as expensive as smoking
So giv it a go
