What should I do in preperation for a 30-hour fast?!


Question: What should I do in preperation for a 30-hour fast!?
I am doing it for charity and have a week to prepare myself!. So, what should I eat!? How much!? What time!? What should I eat before I fast!? Thanks to all answerers :3Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fasts are never easy, so it's best to eat
healthy if you're ever going on one!.
"Junk" food will spike your blood sugar,
making you even more hungry than you started off as!.

Carbohydrates fill you up for quite a long time;
go for whole wheat breads or pastas!.
A nice portion of proteins is good, too!.
Liquids (preferably water) also prolong the
feeling of hunger, so fill up on that!.

Eat your last meal about an hour or so
before the beginning of your fast!.
You won't feel deprived as quickly if you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually prepare for fasts by eating the nastiest things that I can find the week prior to fasting!. What happens is that when you begin your fast, you won't even be hungry because you won't want to eat any nasty food!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a large meal just before you start the fast!. another when you have finished and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
