Question: Coldsore help!?!x!?
Hi iv had a coldsore for 2wks now it started2 go but seems to of come back and to make matters worse am gettin one at the other side of my mouth now2!.Iv tried zovirax etc does any1know anythin that works that i could find at home!?a natural remedie perhaps!?when i go out i always drink from a straw in a bottle but 2wk ago i went out and was drinkin from a glass it must be this thats caused it as the next mornin i had the coldsore! :-( help xWww@Answer-Health@Com

when your at home try putting some tooth paste on it, that works wonders though i wouldnt recommend using it at work or going out you may get some funny looksWww@Answer-Health@Com

use whitch hazel for the coldsore, and take a good vitamin b complex, make sure it has thiamin in it, that will work in days!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sorry!.!.!.but once you get coldsores!.!.!.you will always be prone to them!.!.!.I always get one when I am stressed or tired!.!.!.!.but manage to catch it just as its starting!.!.!.when I feel a tingle!.!.I put on the Zovirax!.!.!.!.this stops it becoming huge and sore!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If u have any cheap perfume, that works!. just dabb it onto the coldsaw twice a day, mine go in like 3-4 days of using it!.

hi if you have a genuine cold sore then you may want to try any form of odour cologne that really does do the trick but i would take the time to see GP quick in case its something else!.

start taking Lysine on a daily basis!. You should find that you will stop getting cold sores!. You can get it from the health food shop!.
Once I had the start of a cold sore I used to use a tee tree lip salve, and that seemed to work better than zovirax!.

I've found that stress can bring them out and some people say citric acid brings them out!. Many years ago, my Doctor used to give me a smallpox vaccination for them!. I've heard since that this may not be a good idea but it worked for me!. also:
