With most addictions I heard about that you have to give up doing what it was!. Like drinking!.!.smoking etc!.

An addiction is a pleasure (or desire) taken to the extreme where the addiction controls the person's behaviour and not the other way round!. The only reason people say you have to give up the addiction is because of the saying, "one's too many and a million's not enough"!. If you develop self discipline you can enjoy all of life's pleasures without it becoming excessive!. Unfortunately people can't help themselves so they only way they can stop an addiction is by going without!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
