Why do I keep falling asleep even with a normal sleeping schedule?!

Question: Why do I keep falling asleep even with a normal sleeping schedule!?
Lately I've been going to bed at 9:30 and waking up at 8am to try and stay awake!. But for some reason I keep falling asleep no matter how hard I try to stay awake!. Sometimes I barely notice that I fell asleep too!. I don't take any medication so I don't think it could be a side affect and I have a regular diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
