Question: What if my body temperature is about 95 degrees F - whether its day or night!. Is that too low!.!?
What if my basil temperature is about 95 degrees F - whether its day or night!. Is that too low!. Do I need to raise it or do some people function at lower than 98 F!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's a little too low!. anything below 96 is cause for concern!.
you might have internal bleeding or anemia-I would call your dr and schedule an appt just to have it checked!.
I have iron-deficiency anemia and around my period (sorry-tmi) my temp can sometimes drop to 96!.3 which my dr worries about!.
call your dr and make an appt-if you dont have a dr-then i suggest going to an urgent care to have it evaluated!. not really necessary to be seen in the emergency room though unless you start feeling faint,dizzy,overly weak or confused (signs of severe anemia)!.

98f is only the average everyone will differ + or - a few degrees!. If this has just begun and you are felling ill see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some people just have low body temperatures!.!.!. if you're very concerned about it, I'd see your doctor!.
