Its all about getting into a good pattern and having a good ritual before bed!.
turn of all brain stimulating things 1hr before bed!.
Then read or write in your journal!.
go to bed at like 9!.30-10pm and even if you dont get to sleep until 2am, keep with it!.
EVentually, you will fall into a great pattern!.
If you still have issues you may have an insomnia, and should seek medical advice!.

try to have the suitable sleeping atmosphere
try not to think in bed
no light
no sound
just relax
