When I first started taking zoloft it made me so sleepy!! So I had to take it at nights!. It lasted a week or 2!. So I would say take it at nights!. About thyroid meds I'm not sure!.!.!.call a pharmacy and ask to speak with a pharmacist!.!.!.I do that a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to take mine at night, around 7pm!. I had problems with it making me sleepy - especially the first and second week I was on it!. Later on I would feel sleepy in the middle of the day despite getting 7-9 hours of sleep the night before, and sometimes I would feel very drowsy while driving!. I finally quit taking it because of those side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to call your doctor for that one!.!.!.or even the pharmacy that filled the RX!. It is a question that should have been addressed when you pick up the RX!.!.!.but ask a professional so nothing bad happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My doctor told me to take my thyroid medications first thing in the morning so maybe it would be best if you take Zoloft at night, after dinner!. I have heard of it making people sleepy!.

Are you sure that you're on the right dosage for your thyroid meds!? If I don't take them or take too little, I'm dead tired!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
