Trust me, it's not fun!. If you have too much caffeine you get a severe stomach ache- possibly the worst you'll ever experience, you'll be really dizzy, your heart rate speeds up like crazy, and if you take enough it is possible to see dots as visualizations!. There is actually a lethal limit for caffeine; it's possible to overdose and even die although that only happens with over 2,000 mg or so!.

I've chewed a pack of Jolt gum before (I'm assuming its similar to blitz) and i got really, really jumpy, I had a horrible stomach ache, and things did speed up a little!. The discomfort makes it not worth it!.

Edit- If its only 440 mg you'll just get a stomach ache and really jumpy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that this is a sign of severe tendonitis!.!.check it outWww@Answer-Health@Com

erm, deliciousness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yuck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i know on monster cans they tell you not to drink more than four in one day!. nothing good can come of it!. i think it can speed up your heart and probably mess it up!. i know e]nergy drinks arent good for you!. but i still dirnk redbull!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would get really bad anxiety and feel shaky for about 4 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will be so jittery and shaky that you wont be able to do anything!. you will probably be nervous and anxiety filled also!. have fun!

oh then you stomach will hurt and probably get diarrhea!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, this is NOT something you should actually try, just to see what it might be like: i did it once, and while it makes a good story for when topics like "What are some of the stupidest things you've ever done" comes up, i would not recommend it!. First, moocho caffeine makes you VERY hyper: your mind is going a mile a minute and you can't stay still for a moment!. You have all these GREAT ideas that you can't remember later - and which make no sense at all if you actually manage to write them down!. This "high" phase is followed in a number of hours by a crash: you feel VERY sleepy, depressed, and just plain strung out!. It's the Fist Law of Thermodynamics thing: "For ever action there is an equal and opposite reaction!." Doesn't always apply to things involving people, but with stimulants it most certainly does: highs are followed by crashes!. The part where you are just coming down from the manic phase is rather pleasant: your brain is sharp as a razor and you can think straight and clear - but this doesn't last very long, and most certainly isn't worth what you are putting your brain and body through!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
