Question: I feel weird!.!.!?

my stomach hurts a little, head hurts a little(feels heavy) and i realy nervous for some reason!.!.and i cant stop siwenging side to side i feeel reaaaaaaly !.!.nervous!?

whats going on with me!? p!.s i dont feel too bad i dont think i need to go to a doctor i just want to know why i feel this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what it could but I have felt this way before and when I went to sleep and woke up, I felt totally better!
