Question: Headaches always on same side!?
i have headaches almost everyday on my left temple area and it hurts my left eye and sometimes my whole left side a bit!. and the strange thing is that i ALWAYS get it at the same time eveeryday ( block 2) and i only get it when im in school!.!. mon-fri it really hurts!.!.!. i've been like this for a week i think
now im having a cold and i kept one coughing and sneezing!.!. could i be getting a migraine/sinus headache!? any home remedies/drinks !?!? thanks! =)

ur cooking class can b the cause of it!. some aromas are to strong for the body to handle and the body does not know how to respond, which causes stress which then links to headaches!. i have the same problem, and what i do is first cool myself down w/ a wet papertowel and put that on my entire forehead!. close your eyes while doing this and just relax for at least 2 minutes!. it could also b the way u sit in classes and the way u sleep!. try sitting up straight and do not slouch, for this causes stress on the nerves in your spinal cord and rush to the brain causing stress to your head

maybe it's something inside your cooking class!. some smells makes me have terrible migrains, i suggest you see a doctor and tell him this and maybe he'll give you something!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I bet you are having mild migraines!. stress & other triggers can cause migraines!. migraines can be mild in pain & muscle contraction headaches can be quite severe, so the severity of the pain does not make the diagnosis!. preventing the headache can be difficult without physician intervention, but you can try taking an aspirin or two before class as a preventative!. good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
aromas can cause it but every day making you have a headache is a little obscene!. trust me i really don't think that is what it is

one day i passed out on the bus and when i tried to get off the whole left side of my body was numb and i couldn't speak!.
i was having what are called "complicated migraines" which can be VERY serious and can be fatal!.
see a doctor fast
they put me on medication and it has been about five years since that happened but it was still really scary and really embarrassing!.
