Allergic reaction!!?!

So I'm 39w5d pregnant and I just moved an evergreen bush to the compost!. It didn't really scratch me but more poked me in a few places on my arm!. Now both of my arms are covered in small spots!. I do have allergies to some plants but obviously didn't realize I was allergic to this bush or I wouldn't have touched it!. The bumps are painful - kind of like an irritating rash!. They don't itch and they haven't spread to anywhere else on my body!. Should I be concerned at all or is it just a simple rash that will go away on its own!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
