Im addicted?!


Question: Im addicted!?
So i won't lie i smoke cigs and ive quit at least a dozen times but every time i get really stressed i freak out and have one and the one quickly turns into three or four now im only up to a pack a week but i know i should stop so what are somethings i could do to help with my stress but not go for a cig!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cigarette smoking is usually an "oral fixation!." What this means is you naturally reach for something to chew when under stress or anxiety!. Just keep a pack of gum handy, or anything like candy, and that will lead you away from cigarettes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should keep gum in your pocket and chew it if you get stressed,or eat sunflower seeds!.sunflower seeds are quite addictive,and can keep your mind off cigs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
