Question: I have an ulcer on my tongue - are ulsers related to stress!?
What treatment can I use to eliviate the pain!!! It really hurts!.
I am pretty stressed at the mo - not in a bad way just started new job got some family and money worries etc so if it is stress related then why one earth does it appear as little PAINFUL lump(s) on tounges!?!!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, ulsers are related to stress!. I get them all the time because i stress alot!.
I don't think there is any treatment!. I always just wait until they go!. Try not to touch or play with it!.

Apply hydrogen peroxide with a cotton swab 3 times a day and it should help to reduce the pain!. It may also eliminate it entirely after a few days, unless you are taking too much alcohol or vitamin C!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
