breaking your arm without a doubt!.!.!.my mum never has anasetic for any dental work but then she gave birth to me and im a big lad so she must have a high pain threshhold!.lol
razor blade thing wont hurt cos if your carefull u with only scratch your teeth!.!.might make a nasrty screetchy sound though that goes through you!.!.!.
