Just try mositursing with an emolient cream! Anything like e45, cetraban, or hydrochortisine cream should help!
Just make sure you use a factor thats at lease 25/30 otherwsie you will definitly get heat rash!
And i know it sounds silly but do drink lots of water!. it helps keep the skin moisturised!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was told to take allergy tablets and i was given some cream recommended by the shop assistantWww@Answer-Health@Com
I had a bout of what I thought was heat-rash while on holiday!. So I got an appointment with the local GP!. who said it was hives brought on by the heat!. He gave me a perscription for Micropirin tablets!.(75mg!.) within the hour all the rash had disappeared!. You can buy them without perscription from your local chemist for around
