A psychologist doesn't need as much schooling and cannot write scripts!. The pros for a psychologist is less schooling, and there is a great need for them as therapists!.
A psychiatrist is an M!.D!. About 4 more years of schooling, and knows all about medications and can write prescriptions!. S/he makes a lot more money!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Psychiatrist is a medical doctor who prescribes medicines!. Psychologist requires a master's degree and acts in more of a counseling role!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
