Question: I have a bad stomach ache!. I feel like im going to vomit and im shaking!. what does this mean!?

i think its either high blood sugar or too low!. i'm not really sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aw, I'm sorry to hear about that!. Drink Sprite, it's good for a bad stomach ache, and lay down and get under the covers to keep yourself warm!. And relax!. I don't think it has anything to do with blood sugar!. !. !.maybe it's a viral bug, or the flu!?
