in the summer i sweat alot i then get really smelly but i want to go out with my boyfriend but i really dont want to smell bad

If you have a problem with smelly feet, put antiperspirant/deoderant on them!. Also, don't just use deoderant on your underarms, make it an antiperspirant to cut back on the sweat altogether!. Then put some kind of talcom powder on!. Baby power smells nice, but medicated talcum power might do a better job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use men's deodorant like Axe!. It may sound funny, but I use it and it helps so much more, and it actually smells better!. It doesn't show up on clothes as much, and it works for a longer peiod of time!. Your boyfriend may even find it a turn on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the overnight deodorants, they sell them in boots, theres one called perspireX roll on, it stops the wet patches under your arms or you could try talking to your gp about it, you might have a problem and they can help you with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go and see your GP there might be an underlying reason why you are sweating a lot, if not shower as often as you can with a good shower gel, and use a good deodorant, you could all so carry some cleansing wipes with you to use under your arms when required, hope this has helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
