Tie something around your head the pressure will help just like if you press your hand on the spot where it hurts!. Also a bag of frozen veggies will help temporarily!. Do you have a sickness or are you saying your sick because you have a headache!. And if you are willing to consider medication imitrex works great for migraines!.
