Answers:
You will NOT get sick from using your inhaler too much (if it is regular albuteral for example) but can get sick if it is an inhaler for something else like Advair!.!.!.!.however think about not running cross country during this time!. It may just not be the time for you to do it until you get control of the condition!. God Bless! Momma KatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your doctor can give you the best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i did that with swimming!.!. and i was fine!.!. BUT i would still talk to ur dr!. cuz i didnt get jittery at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it's your prescription it's fine
but if you take too many puffs of someone elses that may
not be right for you
you can actually have a heart attack so be carefulWww@Answer-Health@Com

are you using albuterol!? you can technically overdose, but I dont think you took enough to be serious, BUT call a doctor IMMEDIATLY to be certain!.

jitters are a side effect of too much, just call to be extra safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
