a long time!. it takes hours for your food to entirely digest!. if your talking about dinner then it would be the next day!. breakfast may be the same day!. lunch could be late at night or the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well it can take up to 48 hours to digest ur food!.!. my swim coach told us not to eat alot 3 days in advance to state tourni!.!.!. and so like its different for all!.!.!. but you dont eat!.!. then be like OHH I GOT TO POOP! hahWww@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on your own system!. Most times, it is roughly 24 hours but that depends on your own health situation (I for example have had a gastric bypass and it is very quick for me)!. My question is why do you want to know!? Are you trying to lose weight quickly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
