Question: First of all I take ativan!?
I have been using ativan to treat my anxiety for about five years now!. within 15 min after taking it BOOM! my anxiety is gone just like my first dose 5 years ago!. ativan has not lost its touch and I have not made any dosage adjustments!. I take 6mg daily and I would be out of my mind if I did not have it!. what do u take for anxiety releif!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi I take ativan(as needed) as well!.!.!.so i don't take it every day only when I'm having a PA!. I also take mirtazipiene (SP) and it seems to help(it's an anti-depressant) BUT the thing that works for me the most is exercise!.!.I lived with panic every day for 5 years and my Dr's would always tell me to exercise!.!. Finally about 5 months ago i got a gym membership and since I've been working out I've only has 2 tiny PA's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
