Answers:
Im an Indian,
I know exactly whats wrong!.
you are aware of the fact that, in your stomach, there are acids that heps digest the food!.
now, when u eat chillies, you are in-taking something called capsaicinoids!.
When consumed, capsaicinoids bind with pain receptors in the mouth and throat that are normally responsible for sensing heat!. Once activated by the capsaicinoids, these receptors send a message to the brain that the person has consumed something hot!. The brain responds to the burning sensation by raising the heart rate, increasing perspiration and releasing the body's natural painkilling chemical, endorphin!.
ok, now we have atleast 3 chemical stuff!.
when mixed it will produce a lot of recidual gases and will try to get out thru your mouth as its the easiest way out!.!.!. at the same time, you inhale your air which makes a trafic jam in the cross junction of your lungs and makes the diaphrum that holds the lungs to get stuck!.,
there comes the hick-ups!.
it doesnt happens to us bcos, we are so used to chillies and our brain learned how to handle it!.
so, eat more and more curries and teach your brain a lesson!.
:)

hipcups are you sure, !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

spice creates wind, hiccups are a trapped ball of wind travelling up and down the pipe, try taking wind preventitive meds before you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im guessing some sort of acidy thing w/ ur stomach wow srry i have no idea!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be allergic to some of the ingriedients used in their recipes!.!. contact your doctor and take advice !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

in response to nendelin, hiccups are actually diagphram spasms pushing the lungs up when they would normally be coming down, (this is why holding your breath works as it gets the lung going down motion and the diagphram moving simultaneously)
Not to sure why you get hiccups though, these hiccups aren't coming from your lower hole are they :D thats the normal affect of a curry!Www@Answer-Health@Com
