Question: Kind of disgusting question but i need help please!?

i cant take it anymore for the past two nights i've had diherra and i dont know why, what causes it!? How do i stop it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots and lots of water!. When you have diherra you need to drink alot of fluid!. And alot of things could have brought it on, perhaps a sudden change in youe diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This might sound a disgusting answer but if you do not know what has caused it then it could be your body having a "clear out" so to speak!.!. You need to drink lots of water & when i get like that i just eat dry brown bread!.!.
