Can't fall asleep, NEED HELP?!?!?!?!?!


Question: Can't fall asleep, NEED HELP!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
cant fall asleep thinking about way to much stuff going on in life right now any ideas to calm me down!.!.!.P!.S tried listening to calming music and counting sheep!. Please help i have a test tommorw and i would like to do well on it and i wont unless i have a good nights sleep!.

Try to focus on ONE thing!. Push everything out of your mind and focus on something completely unrelated (eg!. a waterfall)!. Eventually, you will fall asleep!.

If you're willing, you could write your thoughts down to get them out of your mind, but that will keep you up longer!. Same with a warm bath, or maybe even a shower!.

If you're cold, put some socks on!. LOL!. Seriously!. Maybe a long-sleeved shirt, too!. If you're cold, you're going to have a harder time falling asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just make sure u are up in time for ur exam
its hard to sleep when u have too much going on in your mind, a milky hot drink is usually good to help, but if you cant stop thinkin about stuff i cant suggest anything at the present, you'll just eventually fall alsleep try reading a book til u feel ready to drop of!.!.

counting sheep actually keeps you awake because you think about the sheep rather than sleeping!. try making all of your muscles tense than starting from your feet, relax your muscles!. like feet then legs then stomach and so on!. i used to not sleep for days, that ALWAYS helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

then you should turn off your computer
then you should lie down in your bed and take long deep breaths!. 3 seconds breathing in and 4 seconds breathing out!. its a relaxing exercise and will make you drowsy

Try to relax and don't think too much before you go to sleep because it makes sleeping harder!. Make sure your sleeping in a very dark room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do some physical!. sport, jog etc!. you will get too tired at night and will fall asleep easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
