I am really losing my movitation lately. any suggestions on how to improve it?!


Question: I am really losing my movitation lately!. any suggestions on how to improve it!?
it's affecting every aspect of my life

* showing up late for work
* avoiding social situations
* weight gain!.!.!.whoa!

i have dealt with depression in the past and know the signs/symptoms etc
i do think it's partially that, but it's really getting worse

sleep is all messed up
no energy to go to the gym, or even a quick walk
it's a vicious little cycle i have gotten myself into

other than going to see the doc (which i am doing) do you have any other words of wisdom!?

You DEFINITELY to get on a good anti-depressant!. As a fellow sufferer, I can see that immediately!. Tell the doc EVERYTHING!. Hopefully in a week you'll be laughing real laughs, and not just going through the motions!.

while ur not at the doctor or something like that, find something that u have always enjoyed doing, playing video games reading, something like that since u dont wanna go out with anyone that could be something for u to do!. or just call somebody up, close friend or family member, and just talk to them, tell them what ur going through, so u dont have to do it alone!! everything will work itself out!!
