Lucid Dreaming?!
Question: Lucid Dreaming!?
so literally minutes ago i read something about lucid dreaming!
it freaked me out because i have been doing it my whole life without realizing it
whenever i am having a good nights sleep i can control what i am doing in it and make people appear and do what ever i want with it
i can also ALWAYS remember my dreams in great detail
is this weird!?
should i have noticed it before
does it have something to do with my brain
really weird right!

In my speech class I gave my informative speech on lucid dreaming, just saying haha
anyway, about 2 years ago I first learned about lucid dreaming!. At that time I had only one lucid dream!. Ever since I was curious and I have been practising attaining my lucicity by dream recalling at relaxing before I go to bed!.
i'm lucky if I get 1 lucid dream every 2 weeks!. I really enjoy the ones I have though, i think they are very enlightening!!

Lucid dreaming is completely normal!. You're lucky to have these dreams all of the time!. Most people have to work at it for quite a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
