Question: I went to the pharmacy, she gave me vitamin B6!?
i wanted a water pill to relieve me of my extra fluid because of my period but she gave me that !.!.!. does it do anything !.!.!. does it help

Really!?!? They actually sold you vitamin B6 as an individual vitamin!?!?!! Please take it back and ask them for a B complex supplement ie ~ one containing all the B's ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, folate etc!.!.!.!.!. they are a group of vitamins that work best synergistically (together)!.!.!.!. please don't buy any of them individually again but rather purchase them as a whole complex !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. vitamin B6 is good as a diuretic but to prevent deficiencies in other B vitamins it should be taken in equal amounts with B1 and B2 !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. tsk tsk, that was very irresponsible of them !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. better still mate, eat more foods rich in vitamin B6!.

foods rich in vitamin B6 are ~ brewer's yeast, wheat bran, wheat germ, liver, fish, cantaloupe, cabbage, blackstrap mollasses ~ unsulphured, unmilled rice, eggs, oats and peanuts (raw organic)?

foods rich in vitamin B6 will act as a natural diuretic, reduce any night muscle spasms you are having, and also reduce leg cramps and any numbing sensations you are having in the outer extremities ie ~ hands and feet, arms andlegs !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. oh, foods rich in vitamin B6 will also relieve nausea and vomiting?

magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and foods rich in magnesium will also resolve an acid tummy and help you deal with stressy life situations!.

? magnesium rich foods will also do a good job of relieving depression and the blues too?
