Why do I feel worn out, spent, and achy after exercize?!


Question: Why do I feel worn out, spent, and achy after exercize!?
I recently started to exercize, and it's been a while, since it's usually very cold in the winter, and also because of my asthma!.

So recently I started walking again, power wakling, some exercize, things I can handle, and I afterwards I felt initially full of energy and hyper almost, manic, which is not the best feeling in the world, but its energetic,

but then I felt tired, spent, worn out, like i just!.!.ran a marathon!.


Why do I feel like this!? did I overdoit!? Or is it just my body getting back into shape!.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

overall its a good thing!. when you exercise, you get endorphins, which cause you to have more energy, and since you haven't worked out in a while, your body wasn't used to it which is why you felt manic!. Then, you felt tired because your body isn't used to the exercise, and is just building muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
