Just listen to some music you enjoy, preferably something light and relaxing!. Have a hot cup of whatever: tea, decaffeinated coffee, whatever your mind can think of!. Turn off all distractions, such as TV or phone or computer!. Eat something light and not too fattening!. Nothing with too much energy, but something healthy that will keep you relaxed!.
