its nano technology!.!.!.the enzyme eats away dead skin and bacteria!.!. leaving the healthy skin alone!.!. making you look younger and healthier!. really good for acne but will take several treatments!. An enzyme is just a type of protein!. Usually the perk of an enzyme facial is they claim enzymes increase exfoliation and help lift dead skin cells!. Whether they really do that or not, I don't know!. I usually leave any facial with my skin feeling like it was well exfoliated anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
