I am really needing a cigarette right now and am not able to go for one for anot!


Question: I am really needing a cigarette right now and am not able to go for one for another hour!?
Any suggestions on how to calm my nerves for the next hour!?
Or maybe ideas on how to sneak a quick puff to hold me over!.

My reason for really needing a cig is that I just had to deal with an extremely rude client who really rubbed me the wrong way with some sexist comments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

old-fashioned quit smoking remedy, might kill a few minutes for you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.get a really thick heavy duty rubber band and put it on your wrist!. Snap it REALLY HARD against your wrist!. As much as you can tolerate it!. (no kidding, this was a remedy way back in the day!.!.!.!.) I always found it helpful to stick a plastic spoon in my mouth ~ or cut a piece of a straw and "smoke" it, it's not as obvious as the spoon!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.thank goodness all of our customers are PHONE customers so I can smoke while they're yelling! (rarely happens except during the holidays, most of them are super)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to tell yourself to wait ten more minutes, when ten minutes is up, do it again, and then again until your hour is up!. In the mean time anything else you can put in your mouth!? Occupying yourself with yahoo answers is a good start!.!.!.of course I say this with while puffing a ciggy, I feel for you, good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
