Body odor?!

Question: Body odor!?
I have smelled pretty bad for about 6 months now!. Im not sure from puberty or a health problem!. I've spent outrageous amounts of money trying to find a perfume, deoderant, body mist, body wash, soap, lotion, anything that can stop me from smelling bad!. I take showers before i go to school, but right after i leave it, my mom is plugging her nose from the stench!. I can see the usual signs of discomforted people : sniffing, covering their nose with their shirt, a number of people making excuses to escape the room!. It is extremely embarressing to go to class and have skipped a few classes when i felt i smelled extremely funky!. I am sick of people making fun of the way i smell!. I know smelling bad should not consume my life, but i need help trying to figure out my problem!. People think i dont bath or am just plain old gross!. They just dont understand what it is like to naturally have a bad body odor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

High Zack,

First, I'm really sorry you're going through this as I can imagine how embarrassing it may be to conduct normal daily life around others with this!. There are a few things to consider that contribute to this issue, so let's get started!.

1!. Kidney / Liver Dysfunction:
First thing that comes to mind is Kidney disfunction, and perhaps Liver disfunction!. You need to go to the doctor to have a regular bloodwork that may hint at either of these two!. Reason being, excessive body odor is usually a sign that the body's "cleansing" systems are not properly working, first culprit for odor are the kidney's!. The Liver is responsible for cleansing our nutrients inside our body, while the kidneys purify the blood!. You may be experiencing slight Renal Failure (renal is the medical term for the Kidneys) because of some underlying illness!. Not to scare you, this may indeed be an early sign of Kidney Disease, but on the positive side, it can be easily treated if it's dealt with early!. Go to the doctor and tell them you want to run tests on your kidney's and liver!.

2!. It may be completely nutritional, as in, your diet is filled up with not enough antioxidant based foods like fruits and veggies, but the MOST common nutritional culprit is a possible Zinc deficiency!. Zinc is not a vitamin, but rather a mineral!. It's individual responsibility in the body it to "cleanse" very much like vitamins / antioxidants cleanse the body in their own separate ways!. Zinc is high in foods like milk, chicken, turkey, etc!. While high antioxidant foods include Broccoli, any type of berry, apples, raw red bell peppers, etc!. Notice I'm using the word "antioxidant" instead of Vitamin C, even though Vitamin C in itself is one of the grandmasters of all "antioxidants" there's literally thousands of different forms of antioxidants in nature!. And speaking of nature, that was my next point!.!.!. The vitamin C you buy in a pill, and most other antioxidants you can buy in the store are junk, REAL cleansing power is always in fresh raw real foods!. The number one reason anyone would even have any internal cleansing issues with their blood or any other internal bodily system first and formost is that there isn't enough cleansing foods in the diet!. My guess is that you're not eating healthy, eating lots of foods that are processed instead of untouched strait from earth, and as quacky as this may all sound, all the nutriotionless foods that are so convenient all around us that we snack on are the equivalent of stuffing laundry detergent into your gas tank in your car!. As in, just because you can put it in there doesn't mean it's going to serve any use!.!.!. Processed foods may taste good and feed our "emotions" but at the end of the day if the body doesn't receive REAL vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, it starts to show by body systems starting to malfunction!. No joke, this problem may be as easily fixed by just starting to eat healthier so there is more "antioxidant cleansing activity" operating inside of you!.

You need to remember that body odor is an immediate sign that your blood is literally not clean inside of you!. So either you're genetically predisposed to kidney sluggishness, or your diet is making a perfectly ok kidney acting like it should be in distress!.

You have to remember that this is an INSIDE problem and not an outside problem with your body!. No perfume or deodorant or anything "external" will mask the "internal" dysfunction going on "inside" your body!. Even if its a genetic kidney problem, my first suggestion is to stop eating any junk food, start forcing yourself to eat more fruits, veggies and anything where the ingredients list on the food package doesn't read like a science lab!. The less processed foods you eat, the less dirtying up your inside is getting!.

The only supplement I suggest maybe trying out is Chelated Zinc!. make sure it says Chelated instead of regular zinc supplements, just trust me on that one, the chelated version of any zinc supplement is the only one outside of natural zinc found in foods that has a chance at getting properly absorbed by the body!. Always take it with your biggest meal of the day!. I would list all kinds of sources on how I know all this, but it's just too exhausting a task to reference that much info, just trust me on this one, I work in holistic medicine and I'm 100% sure I'm aiming down the right causes!. Maybe start your own google research on zinc and body odor, or kidney and body odor!.

Hope this helped! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
