Question: Short sightedness and glasses -- advice!?
Do you wear glasses when working in front of a computer!? I am moderately short sighted, so I rarely wear glasses at all except when I'm sitting at the back of a classroom!. Wearing glasses also makes me fatigued easily (like eye strain) so I usually prefer to go out without them!.
Is eye fatigue while wearing glasses normal!? Should I still wear them when working with a monitor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm!.!.well im wearing a glasses!.!.in ur case!.!.i think it is better for u to wear a glasses too!.!.it helps us to see very clear!.!.set ur degree n have a eye test to see wheter u can see very clear if u'r wearing glasses or notWww@Answer-Health@Com
I am near sighted as well!. I don't like to wear my glasses when I can see just fine w/o them at the time!. I think it messes with your eyes making them worse too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
