What are some reasons why you would wake up at night sweating?!

Question: What are some reasons why you would wake up at night sweating!?
I'm not sick (besides the sweating, I feel physically normal) and I don't wake up every night like this!. It happens sort of at random!. I follow pretty much a daily routine without much deviation from it!. The temperature at night where I live is also pretty much the same night after night!.

Can it be stress because I've had a lot of that lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
