Answers:
Don't rush to drink- you'll dehydrate plus throw your electrolytes wayyy out of whack if you puke!. Better to hold off for a bit !.!.!. until you haven't puked for at least an hour!.
When you start drinking:
No more than 5 cc every 5 minutes (that's one teaspoon)!.
Pedialyte is good!.!.!. or if you can't stand it, try Gatorade!. My personal favorite is simply one cup of water with a level teaspoon of salt dissolved (you really cannot taste it at that dilution)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a bottle of pedialite, drink 1 ounce every hour until you are no longer feeling nauseous!. I personally recommend adding ice to it because it has a very syrupy flavor like koolaid!. Try to drink it slow!. It should stay down if you follow these directions, and it will help to replenish electrolytes!. Hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Kats, if you still cannot keep anything down by noon, go into the ER or immediate care clinic for IV fluids -- you're right, you don't want to get dehydrated!. Dehydration will compound the nausea, and it can be dangerous!.
Intravenous fluids will make you feel a whole lot better, OK!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try gatorade or diluted gatorade!. Plaint water can be the hardest thing on an upset stomach, but you need to stay hydrated!. You can also try dissolve bullion broth!. It is nurishing and warm!. Try soda crackers!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try taking small sips of lemonade frequently to stop getting dehydrated!. It is even better to let the lemonade stand for a while before drinking!. I was given this advice by a GP when my children were young!.
