Anxiety has a lot of symptoms; shallow breathing, sweating, nausea, shaking!. A couple years ago my stomach would burn and hurt so bad sometimes out of nowhere!. I'm pretty sure it was anxiety!. You just have to find ways to de-stress!. Exercise really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
