yes, it is gas! I have also felt a butterfly feeling when i was excited, or anxious about something!. I have gotten it before surgery, I have gotten it when I am in the presence of someone I am really attracted to also,But if nothing else is going on you probally have gas!.!. that is my opinion!Www@Answer-Health@Com
