Trouble falling asleep????!


Question: Trouble falling asleep!?!?!?!?
It takes me a really, really long time to fall asleep even when I've been lying down for a loong time!. Im only 14 and I dont want to take any medications to helpe me!. Also, Ive tried listening to music, readin a book, everything!. I dont like tea and I have no idea how to fall asleep quickly!. ThnxWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Sleep in a comfortable bed!. A firm mattress and pillow are best!.

2!. Make sure your bedroom is conducive to sleep!. Most people sleep best in a room that's a bit cooler than normally desired when awake!.

3!. Take a bath!. Think bubbles and candlelight!.

4!. Drink a glass of warm milk or a cup of herb tea!. Milk is rich in calcium and l-tryptophan, which help your body prepare for sleep!.

5!. Do a relaxation exercise!. Breathe deeply, listen to soothing music, or let your mind wander!.

6!. Do some light reading!. Choose a book you can easily pick up and put down!.

7!. Say good night to your worries and shut the bedroom door on them!. Literally!. Or write them down and close the book on them; whatever it takes!.

8!. Make sure your last hour before bed is as peaceful as possible!. Skip scary movies and save intense conversations for a better time!.

9!. Allow yourself to sleep -- or stay awake, if your body so chooses!. In other words, don't try to force or control anything!. You can't force sleep!.

10!. Get up after 30 minutes or so and do something you like or need to do!. If you can't sleep, you may as well be productive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you stay up really late, too!? And even when you are incredibly tired you can't fall asleep!?

Then you might have insomnia!. Or at least a small case of it!. Go to a doctor to get it check out!. You might even have a lot going on, so try writing everything down in a notebook!. Maybe if you relieve some stress you will be able to fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also had the same trouble because I stayed up late one night for an exam and since that day only feel sleepy starting at 4am then wake up at 11am!. The sleep cycle is already disturbed!.

What you can do is turn off all lights, drink milk before going to bed, and count sheeps!. Turning off the light has something to do with your sleep patterns and melatonins in your body (you're tricking your body into thinking it is already time to get to bed!. Turn off the tv, the soothing music will be a better option!. If you are stressed, you will not be able to sleep so have a massage :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, at your age it some times happen, and in my opinion "the best and natural way is masturbation"!.
you will fall asleep in less than five minutes after you reach orgasm, and you will sleep great!.
