Question: Why am I hungry all constantly as of late!? I'm a 19 year old female!. Could I be growing!?
Suddenly within the last couple weeks I've been getting so hungry!. I work two hours a day doing pretty hard labor!. The rest of the day I hang out and do my daily things around the house!. Every once and a while I do something more active!. About once or twice a week!. My fiance says I've lost weight!. I eat three times a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner!.!.!. Um!. What else!.!.!. I went through puberty later than most of the girls I know!. Could i still be growing!? What's going on! I need to quit eating, or wanting to eat so darn much! I'm going to get fat! eh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you mentioned some depression you have been experiencing, that will definately throw off your eating habbits!. For some reason it's a trigger signal to let ourselves think it's comforting to gorge when we normally don't!. Depression and Stress are key factors in changed eating habbits!. Either the person will eat agressively more or eat less!. It due to either increased or decreased chemical embalances!. I find it intersesting you have lost weight with your increased eating habbits!. It could also be your activities and physical job labor that are active causing to boost your matabolism some!. Those are both playing a roll!. If it is making you really uncomfortable, find out what is causing your depression by speaking to a doctor or if you can do it on your own then try to find a method to keep you stress free!. Yoga is good or some form of excersize a few times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get the same thing I'm hungry all of the time but I don't excersize (long story)!. And thirsty most of the day :/ it's so stupid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a symptom of diabetes! Get it checked out! Hunger when you're eating properly and weight loss could mean diabetes!. I had a friend who was scoffing chocolate bars and eating loads but we thought she had an eating disorder when she lost the weight! It turned out she had Type 1!.
You should see a doctor!. It could be nothing, maybe stress or maybe you're burning more calories than you use, but best to check it out with a professionalWww@Answer-Health@Com
