I would send the most memorable photo of this women (maybe one where she is surrounded by the members of her family) to http://www!.photoartomation!.com!. Their professional and creative artists will convert an ordinary photo into beautiful piece of art!. You can add text such as a personal message or poem on top of the image and print it as a large poster (or other media print options)!.I think it will be very impressive and touchy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually people that old don't care as much about what you get them!. Just that you got her something will matter a lot!. Just do something simple!. Plant, puzzle, yarn if she knits, picture frame with picture of you, sweater (old people tend to be cold a lot), socks, CD of some music she likes, etc!. Just try to think what her hobbies are and if all else fails get her a gift certificate to a store or restaurant she likes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like she's actually well taken care of, so IF it's OK with family, possibly something like a goldfish bowl would be nice--fish tend to be relaxing!. Goldfish apparently are cheap and there's no great expense--no tank, etc!. so it wouldn't be a tremendous burden!. Watching fish is relaxing--she probably would like it!.

Good of you to care!. God bless--may you never lose that compassion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They say a picture is worth a million words! So, if you know some of her hobbies or passions you would surprise her with a nice little portrait made from a photo depicting exactly what or whom she likes!. This can be done at http://www!.paintyourlife!.com for a reasonable fee and according to your specifications! They also make wonderful photo prints on canvas in various designs!. Check it out at http://www!.photo-print-on-canvas!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would get her some really pretty and fun nail polish!. then when you visit her, that is something you can do together!.

you're a sweet girlWww@Answer-Health@Com

Flowers would be nice, she probably has everything- maybe something that she could eat later- cookies or angel food cake or something-- and don't forget a card !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give her a gift card to a store she uses often!. Grocery store, clothing store, drug store!?!? If she still drives maybe a gas card!. who couldn't use a gas card this day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you took care of this woman, then you should be knowledgeable of her interests and likes, and cognizant of what products she could actually utilize in her current living conditions!. With that, you're the only individual fit to deduce what gift is best!. However, if still stunted, I would suggest giving her clothes as a gift, or perhaps shoes!. Just something comfortable and easy to get in and out of!.

Edit: You could buy her a doll, or more precisely a doll in the appearance of a baby, so that in her dementia she can pretend she is nurturing and caring for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
