I Coughed This Up? What is it?!
Question: I Coughed This Up!? What is it!?
I coughed and this white thing came up!. It was little and solid(kinda!.!.!.squishy) it was white tinted with yellow and it tasted like vomit but it wasn't!. This has been happening for years and I've been wondering what this is!? Am I coughing up my stomach lining up or something!?
This happens mostly in the morning after I wake up if it means anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tonsil stone (tonsilith)!. Its food or something that got trapped in your tonsils and somehow had that white stuff build up over it!. I get those on occasion, and some people get them more often!. I have heard that a waterpick helps dislodge them from your tonsils!.

d is right, I get them all the time!. There is nothing you can do about them and they are harmless!. I have had them for years also!. Some people are just prone to get them!. They smell awful too!. I went to Dr!. after Dr!. before anyone knew what they were, guess a lot of people don't get them!. Wish I could tell you there was something you could do to get rid of them but there's nothing to do but learn to put up with them!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
