Question: Anyone have any suggestions on how I can make my life a little less stressful!?
Ok I am not trying to wine but I really need to figure out a way to handle all the stress I am under at the moment!. I just got divorced in Feb!. so sence then everything is all on me!. All the bills in which I have had the pipes in my house freeze, my car is dying so I need to get it fixed I am paying on the pipes issue still plus all the household bills!. My ex and I owe in on our taxes but I know he isn't going to send a cent I already got an extension!. I start my MBA on Tuesday because I hate being broke all the time and the only way I can see getting past that is more education!. But I also work full time and I am the Marketing Director, but we just lost our largest client so now not only will I be working my normal 40 hours plus 4 marketing seminars a month that meet in the evening until 10pm but now I will need to start getting out more to replace this client!. Plus my boss just signed my up for 2 - 3 day 8 hours a day seminars that are held over the weekends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, let me say I sympathize with you!. Divorce and moving in themselves are extremely stressful and comparable to the stress of death!. Money stress is the next biggest stress which it seems you have your fair share of!.

There are only two possible solutions for money stress, of which the possibilities are endless!. The first solution is to gain more money!. The second is to decrease expenses!. Let's talk about getting access to more money first!.

I see that in order to compensate for money stress you've decided to further your career in an attempt to earn more money as this seems the only viable option for you!. However I'm not sure now is the most appropriate time for this decision!. Taking on more education when you're already stressed to the max and have been mandatory delegated to seminars through work might not be wisest thing to do right now no matter how badly you want it or think you need it!.

Is education the only viable way to earn more money!? Are there not perhaps other viable and more creative solutions that might help you earn more!?

When was the last time you received a raise!? Are you due for one!? Is there any possible way you can convince your boss to provide you with an increase based on most recent performances!?

You could take a small bank loan to help you pay off your taxes, you could negotiate a repayment plan with the government after providing a writtten explaination of your circumstances!.

Never say no on the behalf of someone else!. Let him or her say no instead!. You'll never know if you can negotiate unless you ask first and proceed from there!. And never assume that just because you already have a loan that a bank won't provide you with a little bit more, providing you ask!.

Rethink your sources of money and muster up the courage to seek out willing partners to help you through this critical time!.

Are there family members or friends who might be eagerly waiting to help you if you would just ask!? You never know unless you ask!. Besides, the worst anyone can ever say is no!.

Did you know there are people who buy and sell used underwear online!?

I know!. I know!. It sounds gross right!? But take a closer look at the principle!. For whatever reason, millions of people buy things we regard as useless junk!. Ever been to a second hand store lately!?

Do you have things lying around that you can sell at a yard sale or on CraigsList or Kijji!? Oftentimes what we think is worthless is deemed most valuable to another!. Look at everything you own and are willing to part with!. Take pictures of your items and list them!. You might be surprised to discover just how much your junk is worth!.

Okay, so now lets look at ways of decreasing expenses!.

To help prioritize your finances you've decided to downsize from a house to an apartment or less expensive house!. Great!. This is a good and realistic start!. Are there other ways you can reduce daily costs!?

What about shopping at discount grocery stores and second hand shops!? What about haggling at department stores and asking for a reduction of items!?

Every penny saved adds up to a significant amount by the end of the month!. And who knows, the money you save this month just might pay your telephone bill next month!.

Do you eat out a lot!? Do you drink!? Do you impulsively shop!? Do you have a grocery budget or do you spend freely!?

What about smoking!? Do you smoke!? Maybe this would be a good time to quit!. First you'll help your health and secondly you'll help your pocket book!. Think of the money you'll have to put towards other bills!. And if you're a heavy smoker, you just might be able to pay off those taxes you owe!.

Now!. That all said!. Let's talk about what's not being said!. Grief!. Have you had enough time to grieve the loss of dreams in your life (divorce, selling the house) or are you so busy that you simply haven't had time!?

When we keep ourselves busy to the point of burnout we risk entering into a state of depression!. Life feels empty without meaning!. And the first thing that suffers is our health!. I know others have mentioned the idea of exercising, but truthfully, do you have the time!? You've got yourself on such a tight wire that if you add anything else I'm sure it'll be the straw that breaks the camel's back!.

But the others here have mentioned something that is extremely vital to your health and circumstances!. A proper diet, adequate rest and exercise is essential in helping to deal with stress!. Do only what you can, otherwise you risk creating more stress and guilt in your life from not having enough time!.

This is a very difficult time for you and you need to be very careful in the decisions you make for what you decide today will have long lasting implications and effects on the rest of your life!.

Look for little ways to relax!. Stretch in between boxes!. Stretching is even more important to your health right now than physical exercise!. Give yourself spot massages and allow yourself a foot soak in warm sea salt water every night!. Not only will it help you relax but it's good for your digestive system and helps you sleep more soundly!. Don't forget to stretch your back, neck and shoulders at your desk!. And stretch often, every fifteen minutes if possible!. Most stress tends to build in the muscles around these areas and can lead to tension headaches and irritability!.

Breathe!. And breathe deeply!. Constantly keep in close contact with your breath and your body!. Do a body scan every half hour and seek out areas that are tense!. Stretch those areas or make a conscious effort to relax with your breath by breathing deeply into that area!.

Find a trusted and mature friend or companion with whom you can vent, cry or talk to!. Or journal the worst of your thoughts and fears to help empty negative energy from your body!. Never ignore your mental or emotional health, otherwise it'll manifest as a physical illness!.

Walk whenever you can even if it's only from the parking lot to your office or from your car to the front doors of the supermarket!. Walking almost always helps reduce stress!.

set aside you time!. make a little time where you can relax and forget about your problems even if it means procrastinating for a few moments!. either a bath or candlelight and soft music in bed!. make a list of the things you have to do after your alone time so you dont lose track!. make sure its a peaceful area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, I would leave the MBA out in there!. Gather your wits and do what you have to do!.If you do not have it in your divorce papers who pays what , they go after the one with the money and that is what the IRS dose also!.Are you selling the house!?Pack up the stuff and rent a storage unit but promise your self you will get a schedule to weed the stuff out!.Walk at least 1/2/ hour a day!.You are the only one that can take care of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to find some time in the day that is "yours"!. let it only be 30mins!. but you always have to have you time!. in that 30mins exercise, meditate, playthumb war with yourself or something!. i would suggest an exercise like yoga!. exercising relieves stress!. everything will get better, frome the sound of it, it looks as though its goin to get worse for a while and then get better!. just keep your head up and when you get over this hump dont forget to pamper yourself!. just because its just you doesnt mean you cant do something nice for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK!.!.!.in you job you would have heard of 'time allocation', so apply this to your personal life as well!. Write your week out in you diary, a time allocated for every task!.!.!.AND STICK TO IT! Don't spend too much time on each task!. Be aware of how long the task will take and allocate as many sessions as it needs!. Put your bills in order of priority!. There are 2 ways to get thru the bill problem!. Pay them in full, one at a time, or a little bit of each one every payday!. As long as the' re getting something paid off them, they will leave you alone!.
You know what they say !.!.!.!.80% of your business comes from 20% of your clients, so rather than looking for another client, why not concentrate on your others and build them up!? Be sure to allocate some time for yourself, some for just relaxing and some for exercise!. One last piece of advice!.!.!.!.!.!.Don't stress the little things!.!.!.!.!.!.there are no big things!.

You lead a hectic life, you have to just work normal working hours, and tell your boss that you need time for yourself!. You will only burn yourself out, and then you won't be any use to anyone!.

Don't let your boss dictate your life, control it yourself and when week end arrives, don't work, it is your time to catch up at home and do little things and relax!.
