Sometimes wen i go to sleep i feel this tingling feelin goin from my neck, down to my spinal cord!. Like its sendin a message down there or something!. wen it hapens i am so scared!. I take my head off the pillow and sit up and then it goes!. i dont kno if that is normal or if something is wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you might have a pinched nerve in your neck!. YOu might want to see a chiropractor !.!.!.!. or a message therapist!. But Iwould definitely tell someone about it and seek treatment!.!.!.it might be an indicator of 'something' an dyou need to listen to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Have it checked out by a doctor!. Don't be afraid, it will probably be something very simple!. But you do need to have a check up!.
