Question: Am i having withdrawals from weed!?
so i quit weed on 420 after smoking weed every day, multiple times a day since july!. this is day 5 and the first 3 days i felt ok physically!. yesterday i was really tired and my body was really tired!. i went to the gym and ive never been more tired and physically exhausted then i was last night while working out!. today i sort of feel the same way!. just kind of tired and out of it!. is this withdrawal symptoms from weed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's actually just a change in the physical makeup of your body, something slight like a bit of vitamin C not taken something stupid if you feel groggy it might be because your not sleeping as well because you don't have the release you once had try figuring out something else!. A friend of mine constantly chews straws when he was done just for him to keep his mind of the fact he was quitting I went to liquor but I wouldn't advise that I have a huge alcohol metabolism level so probably not a good idea!. Weed isn't physically addictive, and it is impossible to have physical withdrawel symptoms!.
It is mentally addictive, and lack of it can cause you to just crave more and get irritable!.
But no, the tiredness isn't a withdrawel symptom!. It's impossible for it to be!. People say it is possible, because then they can use it as an excuse to have more - just as long as you know better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it might be withdrawals, but hang in there and be proud of yourself !!!! Smoking weed is a bad habit, and into days time you have got to be healthy and alert--- keep working out and drink lots of water, vitamins may help also--

It is possibly your body going through "withdrawal" symptoms, but did you eat properly though!? I noticed when I quit from before, I pretty much ate less [probably because of no munchies, ha] without realizing it and I was so tired!. You should be fine within the next few days and try to eat and drink a little more to up your energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like it!. You're doing a very good thing so I wouldn't feel discouraged at all!. Just keep going, remember your goal and if you feel like it's getting unbearable, see a doctor for more advice!.
