Question: Trying to sleep but my legs keep moving!.!?
Hi!. the last few weeks when i have been trying to sleep, i can't!. i dont have insomnia, instead it's my legs that keep me awake - they wan't to keep moving!. and i either have to hang my legs off the edge of the bed and shake them for about an hour, or i can't go to sleep!. i want it to stop!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi this is called Restless Leg Syndrome!. Not serious I don't think but lots of leaflets in my doctors surgery about it!. Ask your GP, they'll advise!. Also my dad drinks camomile tea at night and that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This just happened to me!. My doctor ruled out a pinched nerve in my back and legs!. He said it could be caused by stress!. See the doctor so he can rule out any problems you might have with a pinched nerve, restless leg syndrome or maybe stress!. Have you been extra stressed out lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest seeing a doctor!. I am not a physician but their could be a neurological problem and with the symptoms you have described, that kind of thing needs to be treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try to move your attention away from the legs!. The more you concentrate on your legs, the more difficult to find a comfortable position to put them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
