Question: Will eating a meal 1-2 hours before going to sleep make me gain weight!? (proof needed)!?
Will eating a meal 1-2 hours before going to sleep make me gain weight!? This is a question where I always get mixed answers so therefore I never know what the right answer is!. Thus, I want someone to provide me with proof (a valid source) in their answer!. I am a 17 year old male, 5'10, 136 lbs by the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have any real proof but I worked in an eating disorder unit for 2 years and I would say it makes no difference at all!. You also have to eat an extra 3000 calories but gain just 1lb of weight so I'd say eat healthily and exercise but don't worry too much what time it is!. Our patients took ages to gain weight and they had to have milk, sandwiches and chocolate just before bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
