Question: What is this!? Deep sleep, vivid detailed dreams, still dreaming when I wake!.!.!.!.!.!.more!?
if I wake and go use the bathroom, it is like I am still dreaming and when I lie back down I can see dreams (colors & objects) in the ceiling with my eyes open, fell detached from my body but very heavy if I try to move and when I finally wake up, I am still in the stupor and have a hard time pulling myself out of it!.
I have had this for the last three days!. Both times, I had a normal nights sleep and woke up maybe 30 minutes to an hour before I needed to!. I lie back down and went into the deep sleep and slept for 8 or 9 more hours!. When I wake up after that, it is not like I over slept and I don't have a headache!. I could actually go back to sleep very easily!.
Has anyone experienced this before!? Could it be attributed to medication although I have not changed any medication lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
